NDE Technician - Deer Park, TX

Job Summary
Conduct nondestructive inspections of materials, parts, and pressurized systems using UT, PT, and MT methods. Interpret test data, report results, and maintain equipment in accordance with referencing codes. Develop procedures for performance of duties and supervise NDE activities, including instructing and supervising trainees. Provide support to Level III personnel and perform additional assignments per supervisor direction. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a High School Diploma, valid NDE certifications, and a TWIC card. Candidates must work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands including climbing and lifting up to 50 lbs. Local candidates only; final compensation is based on qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have valid NDE certifications and relevant experience
- UT, PT and MT
- TWIC card required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead
- climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level
- maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc.

- coordinating the movement of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment
