Job Summary
NDE Level II Technician to perform UT, MT, and PT inspections in accordance with industry codes and customer requirements. Responsibilities include data collection, maintaining safety standards, and fostering positive client and team relationships. Requires interpretation of NDT requirements, ability to perform UT/MT/PT inspections, data processing per procedures, driving to oil/gas facilities and field sites, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel. Travel up to 75%+; must pass DISA background and drug/alcohol screen; TWIC and OSHA training preferred; CPR/First Aid and respirator-fit current.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass HMT certification standards
- TWIC Card
- Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude
- Trained in OSHA 10 and or OSHA 30
- Respirator fit tested (current)
- Current CPR & First Aid
- Current Driver’s License from state of residence
- Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must pass DISA background and drug and alcohol screen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Must be able to interpret NDT requirements, codes, and standards
- Must be able to perform UT, MT, and PT inspections
- Collect and process data from inspections
- Drive a vehicle safely in an oil and gas facility and field sites
