Job Summary
Join TEAM, Inc. as an entry-level NDT Assistant and support certified technicians in non-destructive testing services, playing a key role in inspections. Duties include assisting in setting up inspections, organizing materials, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining tools and work areas. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds. A strong commitment to safety and willingness to work flexible shifts and travel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening background check
- Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials
- Willingness to travel and work in various environments typically found in Oil and Gas, Nuclear, Power, Municipality, Aerospace, and other type settings
- Willingness and ability to work extended shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules as required
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various environmental conditions
- Strong work ethic with a safety-first mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in NDT, construction, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with basic NDT methods and terminology
- Current TWIC, OSHA 10/30, or other industry-standard safety certifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools/equipment
