Job Summary
Assist NDE Technicians in field operations and perform nondestructive inspections (UT, MT, PT, RT). Set up and utilize NDT equipment, calibrate equipment, conduct tests to detect discontinuities, and record results. Receive on-the-job and classroom training to advance toward an NDE Technician role. Must hold a TWIC card and complete required background checks and drug screening; prepared to work in indoor/outdoor environments with exposure to industrial hazards, lifting up to 50 lbs, and extended hours. Training provided to develop skills in nondestructive testing and quality inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, RT)
- Current TWIC card
- Provide any previous certifications
- DISA background check
- Urine/Alcohol Drug Screen
- Site-specific safety council compliance
