Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Salesforce-based business application implementations, including definition, design, deployment, training, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions using our business applications. Identify areas for process enhancement, develop new processes, and drive automation to support company growth. Provide day-to-day user support, data fixes, and troubleshooting; support Sales tools and global business applications. Familiarity with NetSuite, Workato, Outreach, HubSpot is advantageous. A background in sports technology and a customer-focused mindset is beneficial.

- 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce implementer
