Job Summary
Deliver interactive training sessions aligned with evolving mission requirements and facilitate learning that helps analysts reach new levels of insight and performance. Adapt instructional methods to suit diverse learner needs and provide hands-on tutoring through one-to-one sessions, quarterly seminars, and virtual support for resolving course content issues. Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine course content while maintaining an up-to-date understanding of mission areas and analyst skill sets. This role requires current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and 36 months of relevant technical experience in network architectures, geolocation analysis, or data science. Located in Hanover, MD, this position offers a salary range of $120,000 to $170,000 and includes comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, wellness, and continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience instructing or training professionals in mission-driven environments
- Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft and intelligence or operations workflows
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
- A minimum of thirty-six (36) months relevant experience in the technical skill/area of expertise for which they are to provide training
- Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance
