Job Summary
Acts as the main contact for core customers via phone, chat, or email, responding to queries and providing information on policies. The role requires working closely with prospective customers to assess coverage needs and assist in the application process. Key responsibilities include accurate data entry and building relationships with clients while recommending additional products and services. Requires a high school diploma, with some college preferred, and strong communication and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School degree
- 2 or more years related experience in insurance or customer service
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
- Ability to navigate various company computer systems
- Ability to develop knowledge of company products and services
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Property and Casualty Lines license within the first 45 days of employment
