Job Summary
Technical Product Manager to join Software Mind Poland team. You will define and influence product direction with client stakeholders and the Product Owner, own and prioritize the backlog against user value and feasibility, evaluate features with UX and engineering, facilitate Agile processes, manage releases in production, translate between technical and business stakeholders, and deprioritize low-value initiatives. We value 2+ years in product management (ideally as a Technical Product Manager), ability to discuss architecture and APIs with engineers, proven backlog ownership, strong Agile discipline, and excellent English communication. Additional edge skills include Python/SQL prototyping, using AI tools in the workflow, experience scaling teams or delivering complex regulated systems, and Cloud (GCP). Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in product management
- Strong technical foundation: architecture, APIs, trade-offs with engineers
- Backlog ownership, roadmapping, prioritization
- Solid Agile experience (Scrum / Kanban / Lean / XP)
- Excellent stakeholder management and English communication
- Experience in requirements elicitation/business analysis
- Coding ability (Python, SQL) for prototyping/data analysis
- Experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs, Copilot) in product workflow
- Background in scaling teams or delivering complex, regulated/safety-critical systems
- Cloud familiarity (GCP)
