Job Summary
Lead and direct orientation for new contractors/new employees, conducting group training on manufacturing safety and clean room protocols. Maintain documentation of training sessions and equipment, evaluate and enhance training programs, and develop new course materials. Requires strong presentation and communication skills, understanding of adult learning theory and instructional methodology, and ability to prioritize tasks. Prefers OSHA training exposure; candidates should be self-motivated with good written/verbal communication and computer skills. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship). Based in Hillsboro, OR.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED equivalent education
- 2 years of administrative assistant experience
- 3 to + years of experience
- Experience leading and teaching classes of adult students
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
- OSHA training or exposure is ideal
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
