Conduct hands-on projects and gain mentorship across 12 departments within the NCAA national office in Indianapolis. Deliver meaningful work in areas such as communications, championships, governance, finance, legal affairs, or student-athlete development while participating in site visits to member schools and conference offices. Complete rotations in specialized roles spanning operations, marketing, data science, enforcement, and research to build a foundation for a career in collegiate athletics administration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a four-year NCAA member institution
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Relocation to Indianapolis
