Job Summary
Develop next-generation NC3 strategic deterrence systems as a member of a cross-functional team. Utilize Kubernetes, Linux, and DevOps practices to manage CI/CD pipelines and workload orchestration. Troubleshoot networking infrastructure and configure routers and switches while applying AI for continuous improvement. Provide technical leadership within an Agile environment, solving challenging problems through creative application of new information. Maintain a Secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship for access to classified information. Work on-site in Dedham, MA with an optional 9/80 flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship

- Familiarity with DevOps-based development and deployment of systems from CI/CD pipelines

- Networking skills - either able to describe networking concepts and/or have experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, etc.
- Experience with Agile or other methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development process, as well as software engineering concepts, principles, and theories
- Creative thinker capable of applying new information quickly to solve challenging problems
- Comfortable providing technical leadership
