Job Summary
Create, optimize, and simulate numerical control programs using Vericut and Catia V5 for aerospace structural components. Draft technical documentation and machine operator instructions for manufacturing processes. Conduct dry runs, try-outs, and program qualifications in the workshop alongside preparation, quality, and production teams. Manage aftersales support for large and small parts. Requires three years of experience with Vericut and Catia V5, proficiency in machining titanium, CFRP, and aluminum, and fluent German and English. Full-time position with hybrid work options and immediate start availability.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Fortbildung als Industriemeister oder Techniker
- Mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung in der Programmierung mit Vericut und Catia V5 für das Erstellen von Fräsprogrammen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Titan, CFK und Aluminium
- Sichere Deutsch- und fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
