Job Summary
Create and modify NC programs to support CNC machining and tooling operations using Visi CAD/CAM software. Develop setup and tooling sheets to assist operators, then support production runs by troubleshooting programming and setup issues. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are met while reviewing prints, drawings, and specifications for accuracy. Manage assigned projects and maintain organized documentation throughout the process. This role requires 3+ years of CNC experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a 6:00 AM start time and contract-to-hire status.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC experience
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on NC/CNC programming experience
- Experience working in a production and/or prototype manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and setups
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
