Job Summary
Oversee organization and implementation of direct supports, person-centered planning, healthcare, advocacy, and regulatory compliance for a designated program. Manage staffing, training, financial management, and physical environment maintenance while conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions for Direct Support Professionals. Lead recruitment, schedule design, and incident response strategies to ensure safety and compliance. Coordinate healthcare appointments, medication administration, and dietary planning; manage individual assets, census, and billing to maintain budgetary compliance. Maintain professional relations with families, case managers, and government stakeholders. Available on-call to support staff and cover shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Current driver's license
- Car registration
- Auto insurance
- Licensure(s) as required by state
- Medication Management Certificate
- Mandatory Reporter Certificate
- Other training(s) and/or certification(s) per state requirements and/or service line
- AZ Behavioral Health programs must meet BHT requirements
- Must be available on-call to support staff, find coverage or cover shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry preferred
