Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom while modeling behaviors and providing feedback. Manage the overall classroom environment to ensure it remains safe, nurturing, and engaging for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® consistently with each child's unique needs and communicate regularly with parents about their children's adventures and achievements. Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to support center goals around enrollment and engagement. This full-time, Monday-through-Friday role requires at least six months of professional teaching experience and an associate degree in ECE or related field.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- At least six months of professional teaching experience
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR and First Aide certification
