Job Summary
Sand specified portions of wooden articles, such as cabinet panels, using hand sanders with proper grit paper. Continually check sandpaper for wear and use hands and eyes to detect unremovable defects. Keep the work area clean and organized while performing other related duties as needed. This role requires constant standing for 8–9 hours daily, lifting up to 25 pounds, and passing a medical respiratory evaluation. Full-time day shift position with on-site location.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one year related experience and/or training
- Ability to print and speak simple words in English
- Ability to work well within a diverse team environment
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to pass medical respiratory evaluation
- Constant standing (8-9 hours daily)
