Job Summary
Coordinate property preservation tasks including entry, lawn maintenance, lock changes, minor and major repairs, roof work, winterizations, and eviction services. Manage bids, reports, and inspections while performing rehab work or general contracting as assigned. Support licensed professionals for foreclosed properties, covering roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pest control, mold remediation, and septic services.
