Manage bid preparation, reporting, inspections, and general contractor rehab projects as assigned. Provide specialized services such as mold remediation, pest control, septic work, pool cover installation, and HVAC support. Serve as a reliable vendor or licensed professional partner for foreclosed and rehab properties. Must own a vehicle, tools, computer, and smartphone.
