NBUW Initiative and Project

Lead and drive the identification and execution of key NBUW initiatives and KPI-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee IT system enhancements, lead UAT processes, and monitor system performance to support continuous improvement. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration for system requests and enhancements, ensuring accurate reporting and analytics for NBUW improvements. Provide guidance to UW and manage ad-hoc data needs (audits, reinsurance, STP reports) with emphasis on data integrity and timely delivery. Identify and propose strategic initiatives within NBUW, oversee end-to-end project development, ensure timely delivery and resource optimization, and act as liaison between business users and IT for functional-to-technical translation. Lead UAT activities, monitor system performance, and drive process improvements. Build strong reporting frameworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams and support governance standards. The role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, within AIA’s global Healthier, Longer, Better Lives movement.
