Job Summary

Senior Sales professional at KONE Vietnam responsible for accelerating new construction business in the Northern region (residential and non-residential). Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to order booking, proactively build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and key stakeholders, and position KONE’s product and digital portfolio through consultative selling. Drive market presence, collaborate with internal Sales teams, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain CRM data, set pricing strategies for opportunities, coordinate with Customer Solutions Engineering on technical input, lead pre-tender reviews, and hand over to operations with complete documentation. Focus on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and delivering customer value across the lifecycle with strong English communication, data analysis, and value-based pricing capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or other relevant fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in Sales or Business Development
  • Strong background in project sales with relationships with owners, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Experience in solution selling of complex technology solutions
  • Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry beneficial
