Job Summary
Lead global fund and account onboarding initiatives by coordinating stakeholders throughout the launch process and managing complex account events and transitions. Establish effective onboarding governance and communication forums to ensure seamless delivery of new Franklin Templeton funds and institutional accounts worldwide. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Development, sales, operations, legal, and compliance to drive process improvements and deliver project status updates. Identify future business needs and track industry developments while supporting key strategic projects. Requires 5+ years in project management or leadership roles within investment management or financial services. Full-time role with 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST shift timings.
