Job Summary
Provide senior technical leadership in information warfare planning, operations, and capability integration. Develop and evaluate operational concepts, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures. Conduct mission, capability, and operational analyses to support readiness and mission effectiveness. Prepare technical reports, white papers, briefings, recommendations, and project documentation. Participate in technical meetings, working groups, and collaborative forums with government and industry stakeholders. Analyze training and operational performance data to identify capability gaps and recommend improvements. Support strategic planning, process improvement, and technology integration initiatives. Provide technical mentorship to multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active, fully adjudicated Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/TSCI) security clearance
- Twenty (20) years of experience in one or more Information Warfare mission areas
- Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) experience
- Cryptology (CRY) experience
- Command & Control (C2) experience
- Intelligence (INTEL) experience
- Space Operations experience
- At least 10 years of Information Warfare experience performed within the last 12 years
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrated experience providing technical and management leadership on complex operational or technology initiatives
- Experience developing operational concepts, tactics, techniques and procedures, strategic plans, technical documentation, and executive-level briefings
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate technical efforts across multiple organizations
- Experience supporting operational planning, readiness assessments, capability development, and process improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of the integration of Information Warfare disciplines
- Familiarity with Electromagnetic Warfare
- Familiarity with Cryptology
- Familiarity with Command & Control
- Familiarity with Intelligence
- Familiarity with Space Operations
- Familiarity with Meteorology & Oceanography
- Familiarity with Information Operations and Information-Related Capabilities
- Familiarity with Defensive Cyber Operations
- Familiarity with DoD Information Network Operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
