Navy ERP (N-ERP/SAP) Functional Consultant

Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day sustainment duties for Navy ERP operations, including SNAP queue management, Quality Control Inspections, release management, and system enhancements. Analyze and resolve SAP production issues within assigned functional areas while coordinating with users and technical teams to ensure system availability. Gather business requirements, identify process improvements, and recommend SAP solutions aligned with Navy ERP standards. Support user acceptance testing, defect tracking, knowledge transfer, and end-user training activities. Develop and maintain functional specifications, SOPs, and user documentation. Collaborate with government customers and stakeholders to enhance business processes. Bid and proposal support as requested. Requires active secret clearance, Bachelor's degree, and three years of SAP ERP functional support experience. 25% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to obtain and maintain an active secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Three (3) years of experience providing SAP ERP functional support within a production or sustainment environment
- Experience supporting SAP ERP within at least one of the following functional modules: Financial Accounting & Controlling (FI/CO), Funds Management (FM), or Sales & Distribution (SD)
- Experience providing functional support within SAP production, sustainment, or operational environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
- Must possess basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Must possess strong time management skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Travel Required ~25% travel required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting Navy ERP or other Department of Defense (DoD) SAP environments
- Knowledge of Navy Working Capital Fund (WCF) operations, processes, and business practices
- Experience supporting federal financial management, logistics, or other enterprise business systems
- Experience working in SAP sustainment environments, including production support, system enhancements, testing, and process improvement activities
