Provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients while assisting with basic care and recovery needs. Support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance. Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff, and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes. Perform functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge, advocate for ethical and holistic care, and maintain a hazard-free environment by observing patient behavior, conducting room searches, and applying appropriate emotional and physical support. Provide and document interventions in various modalities matched to individual patient needs.
