Job Summary
Oncology Nurse Navigator (RN) provides continuous support across the cancer care continuum, triaging physical, psychological, and social needs; delivering information and education to reduce patient stress; empowering patients to participate in their care; clarifying treatment plans; and aiding survivorship planning where applicable. The role emphasizes case management within Oregon Clinical Programs, supporting patient-centered, whole-person care and collaboration with care teams. Preferred experience includes case management or clinical trial nursing. Requires Oregon RN license, BLS, and completion of Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) within 18 months; minimum of 3 years Oncology experience. Location: Newberg, OR.
Required Qualifications

- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Within 18 months of hire: Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)
- 3 years Oncology experience.
