Job Summary
Conduct patient and family navigation services requiring critical thinking and decisive judgment in a stressful environment. Manage complex cases with minimal supervision while maintaining effective communications. Maintain an RN license if applicable or hold an MSW degree. Obtain Radiation Therapy license if working in the Radiation Oncology department. This role supports Memorial Healthcare System's mission of delivering quality, family-centered care within a community of caregivers dedicated to elevating well-being.
