Job Summary
Navigator - Managed Support role coordinating urgent supports and conducting needs assessments for people with disabilities, working with clinical teams and internal staff to ensure safe, timely handovers and quality practice. Requires experience coordinating supports for people with physical, intellectual or sensory disabilities, strong communication and relationship-building skills, organizational ability to manage competing priorities, and a collaborative, team-focused approach. Required Qualifications

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to stay organised and responsive while managing competing priorities

- Working knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and applying this in practice
