Navigator II (Night Shift)

Job Summary
Conduct outreach, engagement, and case management for individuals in need of additional support to connect them with services and resources. Map out next steps for clients accessing various services while documenting and tracking patient interactions according to Arizona Administrative Code and agency policies. Collaborate with community members, local providers, and internal teams to distribute resources and share information for those at risk of heat-related health issues. This seasonal role runs from May to October, with potential for continued employment if suitable openings arise.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders
- Minimum of ninety (90) days experience in a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist role
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree (or higher) in a field related to Behavioral Health
- 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
- 1-3 years of substance abuse/mental health recovery-oriented service
