Navigator Concierge

Navigator Concierge role focused on serving guests with locally informed, personalized experiences. Build, maintain, and update a catalog of local offerings—from restaurants and bars to shops and museum exhibits—and educate fellow ambassadors to deliver this information. Deliver a best-in-class guest experience by engaging with guests and ambassadors, cultivating community relationships, and applying up-to-date knowledge of local trends in food, wine, art, culture, and events. Physical duties include sitting, standing, walking, and moving objects up to 10 pounds, while maintaining a safe work environment and professional appearance. Emphasizes confidentiality, adherence to company policies, documentation, and protecting company assets.
