Job Summary
Represent Rightway as a subject matter expert during client interactions, including high-stakes pitch meetings and finalist discussions, showcasing deep understanding of Navigation solutions and their strategic benefits. Support the proposals team by contributing to RFP responses and conduct interactive workshops with clients to identify issues, brainstorm solutions, and propose actionable plans. Design impactful client demos and develop comprehensive materials to empower the sales team, while acting as a conduit between product marketing and sales enablement to ensure cohesive messaging. Provide clinical and technical leadership throughout the client lifecycle, from discovery to ongoing optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback on product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in Navigation solutions, healthcare IT, or a related role
- Proven ability to engage and guide sophisticated clients through complex discussions
- Expertise in Navigation operations and their strategic application to client needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience leading client-facing discussions
- Ability to tailor messaging to meet diverse client needs
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Track record of translating complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Ability to proactively request feedback from internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Ability to incorporate feedback
