Job Summary
Drug Access Navigator supporting patient and provider support and pharma commercialization services in Canada (Innomar Strategies/Cencora). Responsibilities include receiving and documenting clinical information, coordinating with internal/external clients for additional details, reviewing source data documents and triaging adverse events and product quality complaints, data entry into program databases, quality checks on adverse events reports, assisting with data-source verification, literature review for safety information, preparing reconciliation reports, transcription/translation/writing tasks, drafting follow-up letters and data clarifications, and supporting non-conformity/ACAP processes. The role involves extensive liaison with patients, families, providers, payers, and pharmaceutical teams; coaching/training of new Drug Access Navigator; reporting adverse events per SOPs; and occasional on-call duties. Requires college-level education, healthcare/pharma experience, bilingual French/English, strong analytical and communication skills, and remote-friendly work capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years, and preference of greater than five (5) years, in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance industry or related experience
- Bilingualism (French and English) required
- Education: minimum college diploma; life sciences concentration is a plus
- Comfort with a full-time 8-hour shift between 8:00 and 20:00
- Knowledge of pharmacovigilance guidelines (Health Canada, FDA, EMEA, ICH)
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Interpersonal skills, organization, multitasking, attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; good internet access for remote work
- Experience in data entry, data management, adverse event reporting, case management, and liaison with healthcare providers/payors
