Job Summary
Launch, build, and grow the North Texas territory (Dallas, Waco) for NavDx with end-to-end ownership of strategy, customer engagement, and ongoing adoption. Drive territory performance through strategic call planning, CRM utilization (Salesforce), and ongoing follow-up; educate customers on clinical value and safety; lead implementation for sustained utilization; and develop accounts across multidisciplinary oncology teams while maintaining high ethical standards. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in healthcare sales (including 5+ in startup/high-growth environments) and 3+ years selling LDTs to oncology providers, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and experience expanding territories. Willingness to travel up to 75% and strong relationship-building with academic centers and multidisciplinary care settings; proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau; strong communication and presentation skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in healthcare sales, including: 5+ years in a start-up or high-growth environment (preferred)
- 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to oncology providers (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in complex, competitive environments
- Experience building or expanding new territories and operating independently
- Demonstrated success in strategic, consultative sales (e.g., capital equipment, enterprise solutions)
- Experience engaging Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Otolaryngologists, and Colorectal Surgeons
