Job Summary
Support the Naval Special Warfare program office, PMS 340, by identifying capability gaps, developing requirements, and generating solutions for emerging undersea technologies. Assess the operational utility and technical feasibility of new systems while executing acquisition and technology development programs to mature and sustain capabilities. Analyze vulnerabilities and threats to undersea platforms, perform quantitative analysis and modeling of undersea forces, and create plans and roadmaps to deliver warfighting capabilities at the best cost-efficient value. This full-time position is based at a client site in Virginia Beach, VA, with a salary range of $130,000 to $155,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
- 7-10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
- Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations
- Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a business or technical field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certificate
- >10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis
- Familiarity with Deep Submergence System - Scope of Certification programs
- Significant experience with Naval Special Warfare programs
- Experience with Small Arms acquisition programs or in NSW Special Access Programs
