Job Summary
Digitize and organize documents, input metadata into databases, and collate, transcribe, and review relevant materials. Develop document templates, support Standard Operating Procedures and desk guides, and collect digital media for historical products. Assist with branch IT needs, schedule tasks, manage email correspondence, and follow up on phone calls and meetings. Edit written documents, fact-check content, and utilize MS Excel and Word to prepare briefs, memos, and spreadsheets while tracking labor hours. Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and maintain efficient office operations. This role requires a minimum of 24 months of administrative support experience, excellent organizational skills, and a Secret Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience providing intermediate to high level administrative and program analyst support
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail confirmed by references or prior positions
- intermediate level experience in drafting, routing, editing and preparing numerous administrative products simultaneously
- ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally in a professional manner with senior level positions
- expert knowledge in all current Microsoft Products
- capability to create templates, draft executive level material, edit slides, and make recommended changes
- SECRET CLEARANCE
