Natural Resources Mechanical Lab Supervisor to mentor and supervise high school students in welding, fabrication, and equipment repair within a hands-on Career & Technical Education shop environment; responsibilities include supporting student skill development, maintaining tools and lab space, ensuring safe practices, and supervising classroom and field activities; candidate should have experience in mechanical trades or related field, prioritize safety and quality, and be able to collaborate in a team; location: Essex Junction, VT (in-person), compensation starts around $26.21/hour depending on experience.
