Job Summary
Associate role within the Natural Resources Group Investment Banking Business Management, supporting Global Banking and Global Investment Banking leaders by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, maintaining operating cadences, coordinating cross-functional execution, and producing executive-ready materials.Responsibilities include translating leadership priorities into sequenced plans and budgets, maintaining client and leadership dashboards, defining and tracking management KPI and senior leadership metrics, preparing governance materials, analyzing datasets to identify trends, coordinating cross-functional initiatives with product/technology/risk/legal/finance, liaising on technology initiatives, contributing to reporting modernization and process automation, managing executive requests, and sustaining transparent operating cadences and stakeholder management. Key skills include advanced communication, relationship-building across functions, data analysis, dashboarding, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Sigma, Qlik) is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States with no immigration sponsorship offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or a similar role.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and communicate data-informed insights and options.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery) and working with senior stakeholders; able to operate with appropriate guidance.
- Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, executive-ready materials and build relationships across functions.
- Highly organized self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail; able to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including building polished analyses and presentations).
- Interest in building investment banking product and sector knowledge over time.
