Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Natural Resource/Environmental experience
- Significant experience in administrative enforcement, permitting, regulatory compliance counseling, and environmental transactional matters
- Knowledge in the areas of CERCLA, RCRA, the Clean Water Act, the Porter-Cologne Water Quality Control Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Air Act, the Fish & Game Code, endangered species, and/or related fields
- Experience with environmental litigation in state or federal court (including discovery, preparation of administrative records, and law and motion practice)
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Distinguished academic record
- Exceptional research and writing skills
Desired Qualifications
