Job Summary
Welcome and greet customers, listen to their needs, and make tailored recommendations for natural living products. Examine the sales floor to ensure items are well-stocked, well-maintained, and properly rotated. Process, check, and stock inventory to verify deliveries are correct and of good quality. Resolve customer complaints, guide shoppers through the store, and cooperate with others to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Perform other duties to support the success of our local community grocery store.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Candidates must be 18+ years or older
- Complete a pre-employment background check
- Ability to perform physical tasks for prolonged periods
