Job Summary
Complete assigned repair jobs and tasks to meet flat rate times, removing and installing parts, disassembling components, and adjusting assemblies with minimal supervision. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, apply failure analysis procedures, and make critical rental and engine repairs while accurately documenting paperwork and accessing required databases. Test and verify correct operation of all repairs, provide accurate information for quoting, and mentor team members. Requires flexibility for shift work, overtime, and on-call rotation, with up to 10% travel. Valid driver's license and CDL preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must be 21 or older
- Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work, required overtime and on call
- Successfully complete Work Steps assessment
- Ability to complete and/or obtain any required licenses, certifications and/or registrations
