Job Summary
National Brand Advocate at Green Spoon Sales is a fully remote role focusing on leading integrated distribution strategies, launching brand items, analyzing marketplace data, forecasting KPIs/ROI, coordinating with regional sales teams, and guiding cross-functional efforts to grow brand presence and distribution in national accounts. The role requires 3+ years in CPG/Natural brand strategy, strong communication, project leadership, and deep knowledge of retail distribution networks; responsibilities include brand planning, market research, KPI tracking, budget management, and collaboration with brand/sales leadership to achieve sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years client management experience in CPG / Natural
- Experience developing CPG / Natural brand strategy
- Self-starter with initiative and drive
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across functions
- Knowledge of retail and distribution networks and retail landscape
- Experience managing regional/national teams (or equivalent)
- Experience planning, executing, and reporting progress against key initiatives
- Strategic/critical thinking skills
- Written and oral presentation skills
- Cross-functional project leadership
- Understanding of retail and distribution analytics
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Financial acumen
- Budget management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
