Job Summary
Oversee national training and third-party service operations for Zip Water North America; design, implement, and deliver comprehensive service training programs (virtual and onsite) for internal teams; train internal Customer Service, Technical Support, and operations on service procedures and best practices; act as SME for training content; identify, onboard, and train third-party service providers; manage dispatching, routing, and workload distribution; oversee parts distribution, inventory, billing, and Salesforce work-order documentation; maintain vendor performance reviews and KPIs; travel 25%; travel to strengthen third-party partnerships and ensure service standards; collaborate with National Technical Support Manager for advanced troubleshooting; drive scalable service operations and align with strategic goals; require associates degree or equivalent, 3-5 years in relevant industries, and strong people-management and trainer capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in the appliance, coffee machine or HVAC industries would be highly regarded
- Drinking water treatment or dispensing related industry beneficial
- Previous people management experience a must
- Ability to travel 25%
- Certification: ioAST, NASTeC, or related Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration/Electrical Construction and Maintenance certifications preferred
- Quantifiable field service experience with excellent presentation, communication, customer relationship skills, and classroom instructor or trainer experience
- Exceptional planning and time management skills, training facilitator and the ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Salesforce CRM
- Demonstrated experience building and managing third-party networks or field service partners
