National Task Force Loss Prevention Investigator

Job Summary
Conduct specialized over-the-road investigations, planning and execution of surveillances on public roadways, and travel between worksites to identify and investigate Organized Retail Crime cases. Utilize loss prevention reporting tools to build cases, support fence investigations, and proactively resolve external losses through training and awareness. Initiate investigations for individuals associated with ORC groups and work with store management to build action plans that eliminate theft opportunities within the assigned market. This role requires a personal vehicle and involves formalized interview/interrogation training. You will partner with Regional Investigations Managers and local law enforcement agencies to combat sophisticated crime across TJ Maxx and Marshalls brands.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication, written and verbal

- Prioritization skills
- 5 years of Loss Prevention or investigative experience
- Ability to travel to stores within assigned areas
- Access to a personal vehicle
- College degree in Criminal Justice
- Formalized interview/interrogation training
- Organized Retail Crime experience
- Multi-store investigation experience
