Job Summary
National Superintendent overseeing all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects from Houston with nationwide travel. Responsible for coordinating and managing subcontractors, schedules, and materials; reviewing, interpreting, and working from construction plans and drawings; ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; communicating effectively with project managers, clients, and on-site teams; and managing MEP coordination and installation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of documented experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Strong background in ground-up industrial and commercial construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Solid understanding of MEP systems
- Must reside in Houston and be willing to travel nationwide up to 90% of the time
- Excellent communication with project managers, clients, and on-site teams
