Job Summary
Lead external engagement and strategic partnerships with government institutions, corporate sector, faith-based organizations, parliamentarians, and civil society networks. Build and maintain relationships with Central and State Ministries, coordinate government approvals, and facilitate policy dialogue to advocate for child protection initiatives. Develop fundraising strategies, raise funds, and manage donor relationships while overseeing project budgets, financial utilization, and program implementation. Conceptualize state-level consultations, organize CSR summits, and establish a national forum for Members of Parliament. Serve as a key spokesperson, prepare advocacy materials, and ensure timely reporting to senior management and the Board.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Political Science, International Relations, Development Studies, Law, Public Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressively responsible experience in the development sector, government relations, public policy, advocacy, or strategic partnerships
- Demonstrated experience working with Central and State Governments
- Proven experience organizing national-level consultations, conferences, or summits
- Strong network with government agencies, parliamentarians, corporate CSR leaders, and civil society organisations
