Job Summary
National Sea Logistics LCL Development Manager focused on expanding LCL growth across the Thailand cluster. Responsibilities include supporting OCC/CCL and Sales for LCL service solutions, expanding LCL product reach across Thailand, Cambodia, and Myanmar, governance support for timely delivery and customer satisfaction, optimizing costs through Saco utilization and RFQ processes, informing pricing and product strategies via market and competitor analysis, and driving LCL volume and revenue growth. Requires 4+ years in customer service and sales, familiarity with FCL/LCL operations, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, excellent English, and travel between Bangkok and Laem Chabang. The role entails representing KN LCL in customer meetings, handling service escalations, and contributing to business development, pricing activities, and cross-border opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- background in customer service and sales at least 4 years
- Be familiar with FCL and LCL operations with strong product knowledge
- Excellent English proficiency (intermediate to fluent)
- Able to travel between Bangkok and Laem Chabang (travelling is required)
