National School Lunch Program Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate inventory, distribution, compliance, and reporting for the National School Lunch Program commodity products. Support Transportation, Warehouse, and Inventory leadership in managing daily NSLP operations, maintaining monthly delivery schedules, and generating invoices and distribution documentation using CERES/WBSCM as applicable. Build relationships with state agencies, schools, and partners, ensure program compliance and audits, identify inefficiencies, and communicate findings for process improvements. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to drive to various locations as needed. The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and professional conduct with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent such as GED is required
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Valid Driver License
