Job Summary
National Sales Specialist at Silverado supports census growth by stepping into key sales roles across communities and regions. Responsibilities include generating qualified leads, developing referrals with physicians, hospitals, case managers, elder law attorneys, placement agencies, and other sources; collaborating with regional directors and ambassadors to execute strategic sales and marketing plans; representing Silverado at networking events, trade shows, and community functions to raise brand awareness and generate opportunities; training Community and Family Ambassadors to improve outreach and conversion; and traveling extensively to support Silverado communities. Requirements include 3+ years of sales experience (experience in senior living/healthcare sales preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license with ability to travel overnight, and a passion for serving individuals with memory-related conditions. Salary range anticipated at $130,000–$140,000 annually, plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of successful sales experience
- Experience in senior living, memory care, healthcare, hospice, home health, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other relationship-based healthcare sales environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel regularly within assigned markets and communities
- Ability to travel overnight as business needs require
- Comfortable working in an environment with pets
- Passion for serving individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory-related conditions
