Job Summary
National Sales Manager for Government Accounts leading growth across VA and DoD by cultivating strategic customer relationships, expanding Trauma solutions, and aligning resources with funding cycles and procurement pathways. Serve as the government healthcare procurement subject matter expert, drive strategic account planning, educate field teams on VA/DoD structures, and partner across Government Accounts, Alliance Sales, Customer Solutions, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations and Supply Chain to enable government account execution. Requires building relationships with senior military, clinical, contracting, supply chain, and administrative stakeholders, with a track record of driving revenue growth and program adoption across federal healthcare accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree - required
- 10+ years of experience - required
- Experience in military, federal healthcare, government accounts, strategic sales, national accounts, medical devices, orthopaedics, or healthcare administration - preferred
- Experience working with the VA, DoD, military treatment facilities, federal procurement, government contracting, or public-sector healthcare customers - preferred
- Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, and strategic account planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% United States of America
