Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in building products or related industries
- Proven experience managing geographically dispersed sales teams
- Deep relationships within the North American door, millwork, or building products distribution channel
- Demonstrated ability to drive both revenue growth and gross margin improvement
- Strong understanding of distribution, dealer networks, and channel dynamics
- Experience leading sales strategy, processes, and performance management
