Lead national growth across SGS Industries portfolio by developing and delivering a national business development strategy; guide and coach Business Development Managers across regions and service lines; drive new business growth, market expansion and cross-selling; oversee strategic accounts and client relationships; support tendering, pricing and commercial negotiations; maintain strong pipeline visibility through CRM and performance tracking; contribute to acquisitions integration; champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a commercially focused, leadership-capable role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading business development, sales or commercial teams.
- Background in industrial, technical, multi-service, inspection, testing, engineering, oil and gas or related environments.
